We will not draw down until the goods in question have been allocated or are ready for dispatch.

When you order a large, expensive or bespoke product from a company offering 'Pay No Money Today' you make a commitment when offering you provide your payment card details.
Companies that offer 'Pay No Money Today' match that commitment by not drawing down on those funds at the point of purchase. They will not draw down until the goods in question have been allocated, are ready for dispatch, or a dispatch date has been mutually agreed with the manufacturer. Your money stays in your bank longer giving you more control of your finances.

How secure are my card details?
Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) - the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses. It is Sage Pay's utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.
How long are my details held?
Pay No Money companies have an agreement with SAGE PAY for them to hold these details, in an encrypted state, for up to 90 days. After this maximum period of time the details are automatically erased in line with current guide lines.
What happens if my goods are not ready for dispatch after 90 days?
As stated earlier, the answers are simple... the company will telephone you and ask you to give them your card details again verbally. In these circumstances the company will contact you prior to the original details being erased.
How will I know if I can Pay No Money Today?
The goods that offer this option will clearly have the Pay No Money Today logo displayed on the page.
Do you offer Pay No Money Today on all payment gateways?
At the moment it is only available when you chose the Sage Pay payment gateway and NOT available when you choose the PAYPAL payment gateway.
What type of goods do you offer Pay No Money Today on?
It can literally be any of the product lines we sell but normally we will offer Pay No Money Today on goods that are not always available for instant delivery like greenhouses, sheds, log cabins and bespoke items. However if you order any item that we do not have readily available we will not drawn down the payment until the goods are allocated or ready for dispatch.
Do you ever draw down the money and then cannot deliver the goods?
Yes! Incorrect information, human error, and many other factors may mean that money may be drawn down before the goods are ready for dispatch. In the rare event that this does happen comapnies will refund the money back into your account if you so wish... and apologise, of course.
